Entered Apprentice Pictures is pleased to have realized its social missions on its first film -- Man Woman Blackbird
In Man Woman Blackbird, some key people debut their talents in their respective categories. Scott Floyd Lochmus makes his professional debut for directing a narrative film. MWB is writer Janice Kennedy’s first produced screenplay. Brian McNelis, nominated for a Grammy Award for producing the Napoleon Dynamite soundtrack, is receiving his first credit as a film composer. And MWB is Lindsay Graham’s first credit as casting director.

For Man Woman Blackbird, Entered Apprentice Pictures partnered with
Hollywood Media+Arts: Education and Empowerment Through the Arts . Hollywood Meda+Arts is a one-of-a-kind arts academy for homeless and foster care young people located in the heart of Hollywood. The Center offers classes in media, music and the commercial arts—giving young people a chance to learn about a variety of creative activities, sharpen their thinking skills and prepare them for jobs in the creative industries. Through Hollywood Media+Arts, EAP provided Marcisha Dortch the opportunity to work as a Production Assistant on the set of MWB, including providing her free transportation to and from the set. Marcisha did outstanding work, and we hope her experience on the set of MWB helps her fulfill her own movie-making dreams.
